Refund Steps

Once you feel that your product that is delivered is not as per your expectation & the product falls under return policy you need to follow below steps -

  • Get in touch with our support via any of below ways -
  1. Email us at support@lensexpert.in/orderlensexpert@gmail.com with order id, product images & all relevant data with explanation.
  2. WhatsApp us on the support number available on website.
  • Our Support team will revert in 24-48 hours & after checking the policies will start the below process -
  1. Once our support team confirms the issue, we will schedule a return pickup with the courier company.
  2. Use the same packaging box that was delivered and make sure that all the products along with the invoice is packed safely such that it won't get damaged while in transit.
  3. Note all products along with accessories if any should be returned to be eligible for full refund.
  4. Hand over the courier to courier pick up person once he arrived at the delivery location.
  5. They courier gets delivered to our warehouse in 5-15 days (Return courier delivery take time)
  6. Once courier is delivered to us our team cross checks all products which can take 3-5 working days after delivery.
  7. A confirmation email & Message will be sent once refund is processed.

Time for Amount to get credited in your bank account -

 Prepaid Order

3-5 working days (after product is delivered to our warehouse)

 COD Order

8-15 working days (after product is delivered to our warehouse)

Customer has to provide bank details for COD refund.

For All Products:

  • If customer wants to return & refund  
  • Used Products amount won’t be refunded.  A return & replacement will be done only on unused lenses which will be charged 100 Rs + 18% GST for return/reshipping & Handling fees.

For Yearly Lens where Lenses are un-used: A return & replacement or Refund will be done only on un-used yearly lenses which will be charged 100 Rs + 18% GST for return/reshipping & Handling fees.

  • If customer wants an exchange for any used or unused lens-

A return & replacement will be done which will be charged 100Rs + 18% GST for return/reshipping & Handling fees. Also the exchange product wont have any return policy.

  •  If a customer orders a prepaid order and cancels it before product is shipped-

4%+ 18% GST payment gateway charges will be charged on refund.

Note: If a customer historical data has multiple returns for contact lenses, then we no longer will be giving any return policy.

Sunglasses:

  • If you don't like the sunglasses an exchange will be done without any additional cost.
  • If you don't like the sunglasses and want a refund then 150Rs + 18 % GST shipping and handling fees will be deducted and remaining amount will be refunded.

Reading Glasses:

  • Full Refund

For international refund:

Contact Lens: Customer should ensure the product availability before placing an order else a refund charges will be applicable if no stock availability.
