Lensexpert provides Domestic as well as International Shipping.

• Domestic Delivery - Charges and Timing
• Prices are inclusive of GST & Shipping within India

Below are the approximate Delivery timings which may vary depending on your pincode and courier delays which are beyond our control.

Non-Metro will take 2-5 days longer depending on tier 2 and tier 3 cities as per our pincode distance from the nearest metro city.

• International shipping – Charges and Timing
• We do deliver in most countries outside India that are serviced by our shipping partners Indiapost, FedEx, and DHL. In case of any duties/levies by incoming customs, customers are required to bear the same. Lensexpert is not liable to pay these charges.
• Shipping charges vary between INR 999 to INR 3999 depending on the international delivery location. (as of 1st Jan 2024)
• Orders are usually delivered within 4 weeks.

• How do I track my order?

• If you're a logged-in user, simply head to the ‘Track Order’ section in the footer to track your order. Also, you will get a notification email within 24 hours of shipping the product.

• Where is my order processed from?
• Orders are processed from Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, or Madhya Pradesh depending on the stock availability and product category.
• Orders will be delivered to the shipping address you submit at checkout.

• Who will deliver my order?
• Within India, we ship through recognized courier companies such as DTDC, BlueDart, Dotzot, Delhivery, etc. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us.
• Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin code and a landmark nearby. This will help us ensure the smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the package.

• If I have placed two separate orders, can you combine the orders and offer me reduced shipping?
• Unfortunately, once your orders are placed we cannot combine multiple orders due to regulatory and compliance issues. Shipping will be applicable on every new order.
